Our goal is the same as
yours--to make your new home a reality as soon as possible. KMDC
does not sell lots per se. We sell you the finished home.
Bring us your design or let us help you chose a design that fits your
lifestyle.
We make it easy to
contract with Kidwell Moore to build your new home. There is no
need to obtain a construction loan or to purchase your lot in advance.
All you need to do is make a minimal down payment into a guaranteed
escrow account which is held by our bank (Irwin Union.) When your new home is
completed you simply close your mortgage, and move in.
- We oversee the
building process from beginning to end.
- You have only one
mortgage to close, after the home is completed and inspected.
- Your escrow money is
safely held by a third party bank until it is applied to your purchase
at closing.
- You do not have the
hassle of record keeping as with a typical construction loan during
the building process.
- You have input into
your home just like you would if you were building a custom home.
- We save you even more
money. Typically, our cost of money will be much lower than what
you will get on a conventional construction loan.
